  • HP Damage is split equally amongst all enemies.

  • Inflicts 1 Stack of "Ice Prison" to target for 3 ACTIONS

      Debuff "Ice Prison":

  • SPD Down (20%)

  • Ice Resistance Down (will not stack with resistance down effects of the same element)

  • HP Damage Taken Up (Effect Up based on Stack Count: 10% > 15% > 20% > 25% > 30%)

  • Stack Count increases by 1 when afflicted target acts

  • Max 5 Stacks. When at 5 Stacks, reverts back to 1 Stack upon acting

  • Ice Resistance Down (will not stack with resistance down effects of the same element)

  • HP Damage Taken Up (Effect Up based on Stack Count: 10% > 15% > 20% > 25% > 30%)
